Last year the ginger harvest was much better than expected. This year I set out to grow 2 different types of edible ginger and several types of ornamental ginger. Some Tumeric was also added in the mix.

Harvested ginger from 2015 was reseeded for this year. Storing the ginger in a cool dry place over winter and planting in the spring. This year we have incorporated some permaculture techniques, with hopes to increase production and knowledge in the natives gardening methods
